Payment Policy

Payment is required at time of booking to guarantee your reservation.

Cancellation Policy

For reservations of less than 4 scooters or for any reservation with a rental duration of less than 1 day:

• A full refund will be provided if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before the reserved rental time.
• Cancellations received within 72 hours of the reserved rental time are non-refundable.

For reservations of 4 or more scooters or for any reservation with a rental duration of 1 day or longer:

• A full refund will be provided if the reservation is cancelled at least 15 days before the reserved rental date.
• Cancellations received within 15 days of the reserved rental date are non-refundable.

Cancellations due to the renter’s failure to meet the rental requirements, including lack of a valid driver's license, pre-authorization, waiver, eyewear etc as described in our Terms and Conditions are the renter’s responsibility and full value of the rental will be forfeited.

Refund Policy Due to Inclement Weather

We provide a full rain check  in the event of rain (or snow!) and/or temperatures below 5 degrees. The request  to provide a weather-related rain check will be made no earlier than 24 hours before the scheduled rental time and no later than 1 hour before the scheduled rental time based on actual and/or forecasted weather conditions.
