RESERVATION TERMS

Valid Driver's License and Age Requirement

Vespa Scooter rentals are available to drivers who have a valid drivers license and who are 18+ years of age. A Canadian, U.S. or International License is accepted. A driver's license that allow the driver to drive a vehicle  in Canada independently, without supervision is required.  Minors under 18 may ride as passengers with the consent of a legal guardian.

Release of Liability, Waiver of claims, Assumption of Risks & Idemnity Requirement

All rentals are subject to the completion of the signed Waiver, "Release of Liability, Waiver of Claims, Assumption of Risks and Indemnity Agreement" which must be read, understood and signed prior to renting the Vespa Scooter.  Minors must have a legal Guardian present to complete.  

Security Deposit

A security deposit of $1000/Vespa Scooter rental must be provided on a valid credit card prior to the ride.  The security deposit is returned same day when the Vespa is returned damage free.   Failure to produce a security deposit will forfeit the rental. For prior reservations that are forfeited ,  a  $25.00 Administration fee will be withheld on the rental reservation.  

 

Cancellation  & Changes in Reservation Policy

• Customer Changes to the date/time of the reservation,  can be requested through Banff by Scooter, up to 24 hours prior to reservation and are subject to availability. 
• Customer Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to reservation time and will are fully refundable. 
• In the event of inclement weather, and/or unforeseen circumstances,  Banff By Scooter reserves the sole right  to cancel the reservation and the rental will be rescheduled or fully refunded at the sole discretion of the customer.
